You were probably predicting I'd be the last one up. You were right, weren't you?

1. I don’t have the patience for details and sitting around for hours trying to “get it right.” I could probably be a lot better at drawing than I am, but I don’t have the patience or desire to take the time. I feel bad about it sometimes.

2. Sometimes I’ll stop working on a piece and declare it done because I don’t want to screw it up.

3. Although I show my drawings on DeviantArt, my favorite art form is pottery: mostly handbuilt, but I’m learning the wheel. I haven’t got a good digital camera to take pictures of it, so I don’t put it up.

4. I draw people. I could draw other things if I wanted to, but I draw people.

5. I was the first of my friends to get a professional digital image editing software, but I can’t make digital art worth shit.

6. I save everything. I can’t bring myself to throw out any of my art.

7. I do much of my drawing during particularly boring lectures. I also love to make art outdoors. I’m a bit of a nature freak.

8. I’m a comics editor for a publication.

9. My artistic process creates an ungodly mess. By the end of it, I’m covered in ink, clay, marker juice, graphite, paint, etc. and I don’t care. I can always clean it up later.

10. I’m also a writer and a poet, but I don’t put those things up on DevArt , either.
